Dear Mike: Recently the transmission on my 1998 Dodge Intrepid acted up. The next morning Paul diagnosed it as a sensor malfunction. You informed me if thats all it was you might have it ready that day.

I just wanted to write you a brief note and tell you how satisfied my husband and I both were when we recentley had to bring our Chevy Lumina in for automitve repairs at Transmission World in BrookPark Ohio. Not only were you prompt and courteous but also when the parts were not quite right and it had to be brought back in you did not make us feel like it was our fault.
