Rich Williams - Autmotive Technician

Rich Willams has been working for Transmission World for 7 years. Since he was a young boy he has been fixing cars his toys cars and him and his older brother use to work on them in high school together.That helped him to come to his decision that is what he wanted to do. So he joined the military and started working on military cars. he did that job for 4 years. Only family that Rich has is his older brother Doug.He helped teach Rich everything that he know about cars. Rich was married but he is now seperated. In his free time he likes to do various things. He reads books on cars always eagared to learn more on cars. He also like to watch TV in his spear time. Rich favorite TV show is Family Guy. rich is a great asset to the company and is also we glad to have him as a part of our staff.

I was traveling between Virginia Beach Va and Hammond In when I had car trouble and broke down on the Ohio turnpike. I was alone with my 20 month granddaughter and I was so afraid. Once I was towed to transmission world and talked with the staff I felt so much safer and I just knew that I was going to get my car fixed and be able to get home. They made me feel so at ease and fixed the problem so fast I was just amazed. Thank you so much for all your help and your fast friendly service that you provided me when I felt so helpless.
