We were visiting family in Ohio for the holidays, and had difficulty with our vehicle. We called Transmission World on Christmas Eve (a Sunday) but the building was closed. Due to the wonderful customer service, the business phone calls were forwarded to the owner's personal phone, and I received a return phone call immediately. He promptly made an appointment to have my car towed to the facility the following Tuesday to begin an inspection of what was ailing my ride. He was patient, understanding, and tried to imagine what the problem could be (on the phone). We eventually went to a family-owned repair shop instead of Transmission World, but their employees really bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Thanks again, Mike, and Happy New Year.
